Lowri Llwyd

Lowri Llwyd is a corporate partner based in the Dubai office of Addleshaw Goddard. She works with a team of English and Arabic lawyers and has practiced in the region for 11 years.

Lowri advises clients on cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and general corporate and commercial matters. Her clients comprise private equity houses, family offices, sovereign wealth funds and other financial sponsors across the spectrum of industries, including hospitality, construction, retail and consumer, healthcare, education, media and IT sectors.

Lowri is ranked by Chambers Global 2022 as Up and Coming for United Arab Emirates: Corporate/Commercial & Commercial Contracts. Lowri Llwyd has been recognised as a Next Generation Partner in Legal 500 for the past three years. Lowri also recently featured on Asia Legal Business MENA Super 50 List for 2022.

Oliver Stevens

Oliver Stevens is a partner and head of Addleshaw Goddard's Oman corporate practice. Oliver advises clients on the legal aspects of regional and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments and general corporate governance and compliance matters. His clients include a number of international blue-chip organisations from a wide variety of sectors.

After graduating from the University of Warwick with a first-class law degree (one of five out of approximately 200 students) and the College of Law with a distinction, Oliver spent five years in the London office of White & Case. Oliver moved to Dubai in August 2012 with Clyde & Co. In January 2014, he was offered the exciting challenge of helping to establish Addleshaw Goddard’s corporate practice in Dubai. In May 2016, he moved to Muscat and was promoted to Legal Director. In May 2017, Oliver was promoted to Partner.

Oliver was ranked by Legal 500 EMEA 2022 as a 'Leading Individual' for Commercial, Corporate and M&A in Oman and by Chambers International 2022 in 'Band 2' for Corporate & Finance in Oman.
