Dubai Municipality Call Centre reveals most common complaints received so far in 2017
The largest number of complaints received by Dubai Municipality Call Centre so far this year have been concerning bachelor accommodation in residential areas, it was revealed on Wednesday.
Ibrahim Al Dashti, head of the Municipality Call Centre, said in comments published by state news agency WAM that the number of reports received reached 769 during the current year.
He said that the Call Centre also received 162 complaints on the toll-free number 800900 from residents saying that they are affected by animals being raised in their neighbour’s homes.
There were also 20 complaints due to damage caused by trees at neighbouring homes.
He said that recently there has been an increase in the number of reports and complaints received by Dubai Municipality from home owners affected by their neighbours, also including water leaks and the disposal of agricultural or household waste.
