Developer Diyar Al Muharraq has announced the launch of the second and final phase of Al Qamra freehold residential plots in Bahrain.
The launch follows the successful sale of the first phase which witnessed "tremendous public response", the developer said in a statement.
The second phase of Al Qamra sees the launch of 54 freehold residential plots ranging from 300 to 550 square metres, catering to different housing needs. The plots are located in the heart of Diyar Al Muharraq, within walking distance from Dragon City and the waterfront development Marassi Al Bahrain that features one of Diyar’s largest beaches.
“The remarkable success witnessed with phase one of Al Qamra has driven and motivated us to launch the second and final phase of this unique and exciting project,” said Dr Maher Al Shaer, CEO of Diyar Al Muharraq.
“The success of this project is attributed to a number of key factors, such as its unique location in the heart of Diyar al Muharraq, affordability, freehold access, variety of land sizes and sufficient communal facilities; all elements combined pose as an attractive investment opportunity for locals and expatriate alike,” he added.
The project is part of the firm’s Diyar Al Muharraq scheme, which consists of seven islands stretching more than 10 sq m of land.
The islands are set to feature schools, medical centres, recreation facilities, shopping malls, hotels and marinas. For all the latest GCC news from the UAE and Gulf countries, follow us on Twitter and Linkedin, like us on Facebook and subscribe to our YouTube page, which is updated daily.
