Manama, Bahrain

During Bahrain’s leading property show Bipex 2016, real estate firm Bin Faqeeh revealed it will launch a $225m (BD85m) luxury property scheme in Diyar Al Muharraq.

“Alsidra” is set to be a gated community which will feature 465 villas comprising two-to-five bedrooms, reported Gulf Daily News.

The project, which is set to be completed by the first quarter of 2019, focuses on combining strategic location, prestige and affordability.

Its villas will be designed in modern style inspired by traditional elements while signature houses will boast a private swimming pool.

“Alsidra is a wonderfully fresh concept that represents modern architecture with traditional roots and Bin Faqeeh is proud to officially launch it on the Bipex platform,” said Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company chairman Faisal Faqeeh.

The company’s general manager Abdulrahman Al Kooheji added, “Bin Faqeeh buildings have mesmerising innovative concepts. They are situated in prime locations and have practical, easy-to-live-in apartment designs. A Bin Faqeeh building is always associated with finesse and luxurious lifestyle, you would be able to identify our properties without a doubt.”
