It is essential to liaise with in-house IT teams during and after power shutdowns and ensure that all equipment is fully restored to its correct operational status, as quickly as possible.

Any outages can have a direct impact on business continuity and customer service, with the potential to cause financial losses and damage our clients’ hard-earned reputations.

To cite an example, a client recently suffered a major power outage due to the failure of legacy wiring at one of its branches. Our team responded immediately and decisively to source and replace the building’s entire cabling system in record time, quickly restoring power and ensuring the bank could continue to serve its customer’s needs with minimal disruption.
