Bahrain’s leading telecom operator, Batelco, has launched a new training programme for the kingdom’s entrepreneurs.

Batelco Entrepreneur Programme, organised by the company’s youth marketing team in partnership with Tamkeen and leading development supporter BDB, is designed to help young entrepreneurs turn their ideas into reality.

The five-day course, run across continuous Saturdays, will feature talks by six Bahraini entrepreneurs and business professionals, interactive lectures, and training sessions covering topics including finance, accounting, marketing, and business planning.

General manager at Batelco’s consumer division, Muna Al Hashemi, said: “All young Bahraini entrepreneurs wishing to start their own businesses are invited to avail of this golden opportunity.

“In this programme they will learn the secrets of success encapsulated in the invaluable professional insights to be presented by business experts.”
