Belden strengthens Middle East presence

As part of its efforts to strengthen its presence in the Middle East, Belden is investing in additional marketing staff at its Dubai office

As part of its efforts to strengthen its presence in the Middle East, Belden is investing in additional marketing staff at its Dubai office.

“We want three to four people out on the street to inform people about our products,” says Berry Medendorp, MarCom manager for Belden, who was in Dubai recently. “We have had a lot of success in this region and with the massive projects that are happening in the audio-visual and broadcast space, we want to enhance our presence,” he adds.

Belden will be at Cabsat again this year with several of its new launches. It is also investing capital into developing cables for the production of audio and video, and is currently in the testing phase. Further details are under wraps for now.
