Sol Properties, a subsidiary of the Bhatia Group, say project will include 72 units, will be completed in March 2015
Sol Properties, a subsidiary of the Bhatia Group, has launched Bloomingdale, an exclusive gated community in Dubai Sports City.
The development comprises 72 residential villas, equipped with elegant Italian appliances, spacious living spaces, huge rooftop terraces, open plan design, built in wardrobes and premium fixtures and fittings.
In order to entice buyers, the developer is offering attractive payment options, which require a 10 percent down payment, 10 percent after three months and 80 percent on completion.
The project is expected to be completed in March 2015.
