Bonyan Group selects SAP to help drive international growth

Property developer Bonyan International Investment Group to deploy SAP to improve business processes

UAE property developer Bonyan International Investment Group has selected SAP to improve its processes and customer services. The group will deploy SAP Business Suite ERP and CRM, to manage its business as it continues with international expansion plans.

The developer, which has offices in Abu Dhabi, Amman, Beirut, Doha, and Dubai, is focused on luxury real estate projects, with existing projects in Lebanon, Qatar and the UAE.

The SAP applications will be integrated to create what the company describes as a ‘real estate aware' solution that will cover aspects of business including financing, human resources, material management, project management systems and investment management. The solution will also improve the sales cycle and customer management for the group.

Engineer Abdullah Atatreh Chairman of the Board of Bonyan Group said: "The regional real-estate market is experiencing phenomenal growth. With business interests spread across the region, Bonyan required a comprehensive enterprise management solution that is also ‘real-estate aware', enabling us to gain a consolidated view across all of our operations. SAP has the best-suited solutions and industry expertise to help drive ongoing innovation and better collaboration with our customers and partners."

"Bonyan Group can now substantially develop its business, backed by industry specific best practice solutions from SAP," said Rami Amkieh, sales manager, SAP Middle East and North Africa. "SAP drives innovation and business change, and with the implementation of SAP solutions, Bonyan can now move forward to become a truly global brand."

The SAP installation is due to be completed early this year.
