The trading and services sector led the growth with 29,000 new members, underscoring its central role in Dubai’s economic diversification strategy, according to a statement by the Emirates News Agency (WAM)

The construction sector experienced a 33 percent year-on-year increase with 7,434 new companies registering in 2024, marking substantial growth compared to 2023 figures.
The real estate, renting, and business services sector expanded by 8.4 percent with 23,204 new companies joining the chamber last year.
Transport, storage, and communication businesses also showed steady growth, with 5,901 new companies registering—an 8.3 percent increase from the previous year.
The financial intermediation sector welcomed 1,830 new members, also growing at a rate of 8.3 percent.
Dubai Chamber of Commerce operates as one of three chambers under the Dubai Chambers umbrella, which continues to support the emirate’s economic development and business community.
