Through the deal, PinkRoccade will offer ITIL professional services and training through CA. In return, CA will use PinkRoccade to deploy systems and infrastructure management products under the ITIL framework. The ITIL is a collection of high level best practices, which have helped service organizations improve their IT delivery levels. It provides companies with a set of standards and codes of practice that support quality IT service management. “ITIL guidance has been widely adopted around the world, as organizations attempt to raise their standard of IT implementation and delivery.
