Cansult has been appointed as design and project management consultants for the US $55.5 million (AED200 million) Canada Business Centre Tower in Dubai's Business Bay
Cansult has been appointed as design and project management consultants for the US $55.5 million (AED200 million) Canada Business Centre Tower in Dubai's Business Bay.
The 19-storey tower has been designed in Cansult's Dubai offices and is currently being developed for tender by its team in Sharjah.
The project is Canada-based Aakar Developers' first in the region and will include a gymnasium, a rooftop pool, food courts and retail space.
"Working closely with Aakar on the initial design of CBC Tower, we have been successful in creating a dynamic building, which is tailored to its location within Business Bay," said James Metcalfe, president and CEO, Cansult.
Cansult has also worked on tower projects for Etisalat througout the UAE, as well as the Abu Dhabi Trade Centre, Doha City Centre and several projects in Sharjah including the Sharjah Etisalat University, University Teaching Hospital and Expo Centre Building.
