Drivers blamed for causing the two car collision, which saw no other fatalities
A Saudi Arabian prince has been injured and his uncle killed in a two car crash in Ramah, nearly 120 kilometers northeast of the capital Riyadh, a local newspaper reported on Friday.
Alsaudi newspaper said that on Wednesday night, Prince Abdul Aziz bin Turki bin Saud’s car overturned and smashed into a Toyota four wheel drive carrying his uncle (his mother’s brother), Sheikh Saud bin Mohammed bin Awad Al Dousari.
Sheikh Saud was killed instantly in the accident, while Prince Abdul Aziz suffered a fracture in his hand and multiple bruises on the body.
According to the newspaper, the accident has been blamed on the car’s drivers, who were also injured in the crash.
No mention has been made about whether the prince is related to the royal family.
