Project will include 878 residential townhouses and villas
Chinese real estate developer Apex Real Estate Development is set to launch its first residential project in Dubai’s Mohammad Bin Rashid City.
‘The Royal Gardens’ residential project will have 878 residential townhouses and villas units over six million square feet in the District Eleven master development.
“The Royal Gardens is our inaugural project and our main goal is to provide luxury living at affordable prices,” Mustafa H Yassin, sales and marketing manager, Apex Real Estate Development, told Emirates 24/7.
Developed by Meydan Group, the project will be a suburban mixed-use community development, featuring parks, private schools and retail businesses.
