Citrix and Mindware bring the virtual office to the Middle East

Citrix and its Gulf distributor Mindware are holding a regional road show to showcase Citrix solutions

Mindware and Citrix are undertaking a Middle East road show, to showcase the concept of a ‘virtual workplace’ to reseller partners and customers. The road show will demonstrate how Citrix solutions can integrate applications, content and business processes into a pervasive digital environment.Citrix has been gaining ground in the region, and as the Gulf distributor, Mindware hopes to build on that success. The company has already helped with the installation of over 480 Citrix solutions in the Gulf, but with the latest developments in both features and platforms, and a selection of real case studies it hopes to be able to create even more interest in the technology.“The popularity of Citrix has been increasing steadily worldwide,” said Illias Moubarak, chairman of Mindware. “Last week Citrix won the midsize enterprise innovation award for excellence in technology for the second year running. Citrix’s virtual workplace solution, comprising of Metaframe XP application serving software, NFuse Elite and Classic access portal server and Secure Gateway is a winning technology.”The road show will visit Egypt on 28th May, Qatar on 2nd June, Kuwait on 9th June, Muscat on 16th June and conclude in Dubai on 23rd June.
