We recently published a series of articles relating to Maan Al-Sanea and the Saad Group of Companies including “Saudi Rich List 2009-courting controversy’ and ‘Exclusive: Al-Sanea accused of forging dying man’s signature.’

The articles contained a number of claims that have been made by Ahmed Hamad Algosaibi Brothers co (‘AHAB’) during the course of legal proceedings against Mr Al-Sanea and Mashreq Bank Plc in New York.

We are happy to make it clear that the allegations of illegal behaviour and misconduct of any sort are strongly denied by Mr Al-Sanea and the Saad Group of Companies.

We must also stress that Mr Al-Sanea has not pleaded to or been found guilty of any criminal offences. We have removed the articles from the website.
