Dherar al-Rabah, who was chosen as chairman in April, will step down, no replacement named.

The board of Commercial Bank of Kuwait (CBK) has accepted the resignation of its chairman, the lender said on Monday on the bourse website.

Dherar al-Rabah was chosen as chairman in April, after shareholders elected a new seven-member board for the bank. Its previous board had resigned in January without giving a reason.

CBK did not specify who would replace Rabah. (Reuters)
