CompuMe launches new consumer support package

IT retailer CompuMe has launched a new support package, SupportMe, to provide consumers with extended warranties and call centre support for PC purchases

CompuMe has launched its new service offering, which is aimed at helping to build consumer confidence in the region. The service plan, called SupportMe, offers CompuMe customers up to three years extended warranty on products and access to the CompuMe CallMe call centre.“Over the years, CompuMe has established itself as the leading turnkey IT solution enabler in the Middle East, offering a range of innovative products and services. SupportMe is a unique plan that offers extended warranty for up to three years for an additional fee, on mechanical and electrical component failure and accidental damage,” said Leon Beuyukian, chief operating officer, CompuMe. “As part of this offer, customers also get access to CompuMe’s CallMe centre, a helpdesk available seven days a week. In case the fault is diagnosed to require technical intervention, a free collection and delivery service is also included with SupportMe. The highly attractive scheme is designed to allow customers to have peace of mind for any purchases they do at CompuMe.”CompuMe has also revealed details of its presence at this year’s Gitex exhibition, where the company will be exhibiting with local partners ZFPIT and Aramex.
