Azizi says largest Al Furjan project on track for end-2018 completion

UAE-based Azizi Developments said on Monday it is on track to deliver its largest project in the upcoming development of Al Furjan - Azizi Star - by the end of 2018.

Consisting of a total of 458 units of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and penthouse apartments, Azizi Star is currently progressing rapidly with ongoing internal finishings and elevations on the external facade, the developer said.

A 528,531 square foot development, Azizi Star offers 310 studio units, 46 one-bedroom units, 86 two-bedroom units and 16 penthouses as well as 9,500 square feet of retail space.

Chairman Mirwais Azizi said: “In the last three years, Azizi has delivered over 1,800 units across 12 projects in Al Furjan. We were among the first developers to recognise the potential of Al Furjan and today it has bloomed into a busy and thriving neighbourhood with easy access to the Expo 2020 site.”

Al Furjan remains one of Dubai’s fastest growing residential neighbourhoods, with easy access to Ibn Battuta Mall, Jebel Ali Free Zone, and the Expo 2020 site.

The new metro line named Route 2020 will link Al Furjan to locations such as, Discovery Gardens and The Gardens, and will also eventually service the Al Maktoum International Airport.

Azizi Star is part of a larger portfolio of developments which includes the French-inspired waterfront lifestyle project, Azizi Riviera in Meydan One and the mega mixed-use urban project, Azizi Victoria in Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City – District 7, as well as other projects in Dubai Healthcare City, and Jebel Ali.
