Arabtec unit wins $52m contract for Dubai residential project

Arabtec Holding, a Dubai-based contractor for socialand economic infrastructure, has announced that a subsidiary has been awarded a AED192 million ($52.2 million) contract for the Wilton Park Residence project from Ellington Properties.

Target Engineering Construction Company’s scope includes construction, MEP, landscaping and irrigation works for the 12 storey residential twin towers in Al Merkadh, Dubai.

The project works will commence immediately for a duration of 24 months, a statement said.

Target is also currently working on Ellington’s DT1 project, a high-rise development in Dubai’s Downtown which was awarded in July 2017.
