Belgrade Waterfront, a development by UAE-based Eagle Hills, has announced the sales launch of a new selection of 32 homes in the The Residences at The St Regis Belgrade.

Located in Kula Belgrade, the city’s tallest building, the exclusive apartments will be the brand’s first residential venture in Europe, with the completion of the 220 branded residences planned for 2021, along with 119 hotel guest rooms and suites.

Joining a portfolio of 12 other branded residences in cities such as New York, San Francisco, Singapore, Bangkok and Mexico City, Belgrade will be the first European destination for the St Regis branded apartments.

Nikola Nedeljkovic, Belgrade Waterfront general manager, said: “We are delighted to be launching the sales of the second collection of The St Regis Collection – augmenting the luxury brand’s offering of residences.”

The apartments will provide access to a selection of bespoke services such as St Regis Bar and the St Regis Iridium spa which includes a pool, a gym and access to massage services. Optional extras include a la carte services such as in-residence dining is available to all residents, with a personal chef and St Regis butler available 24/7. The residences also feature a 24-hour front desk, concierge, doorman and luggage porters.

Belgrade Waterfront is a $3 billion investment, and spans 1.8 million square metres, boasting more than 6,000 residential units, which will be home to approximately 14,000 people.

In addition to residences and upscale hotels, the development will also be home to cultural venues, educational institutions and a wide range of leisure attractions.

The rejuvenation of central Belgrade is poised to attract investment, developing the local economy and positioning Belgrade as a touristic destination. In total, Belgrade Waterfront is on track to create 20,000 new jobs.
