Developer launches sale of latest phase in Dubailand project

Dubai Properties says new Remraam phase set for handover by the end of 2019

Developer launches sale of latest phase in Dubailand project

Dubai Properties has announced the launch of the sale of new units in the next phase of the Remraam community development in Dubailand.

The developer said prices from AED448,000 and the off-plan units, comprising one and two- bedroom apartments, will be ready for handover by the end of 2019.

Each of the new clusters will include a gym, pool, kids’ play area, and a multipurpose hall, it added in a statement.

Marwan Al Kindi, executive director of sales operations at Dubai Properties, said: “We are excited to introduce yet another high-return-on-investment prospect within our popular Remraam development to the market.

"The new units provide first-time home buyers and investors with the unique opportunity to own quality property at affordable price points in a family-focused community that is conveniently located and includes a wide range of facilities.”

He added: “We continue to see a strong demand for affordable housing units in Dubai. The increased supply of units in the mid-market segment is proving beneficial to landlords and tenants alike, offering most renters a chance to upgrade their status to property owners.”

Remraam, the community launched in 2014, comprises a total of 34 clusters including 68 buildings and over 4,000 apartments plus a retail centre, a community centre, and a nursery– within walking distance.
