Hotel is 10th Hilton property in Dubai and eighth DoubleTree by Hilton in the Middle East
New York-listed Hilton has opened a DoubleTree by Hilton-branded hotel in Dubai’s Business Bay.
Th hotel in Bay Square features 238 rooms and suites, all with floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai.
Owned by Dubai Properties, the hotel joins two other DoubleTree by Hilton properties already open in Dubai, and eight DoubleTree by Hilton properties across the wider Middle East.
Bay Square is a new low-rise community square surrounded by shops, cafes and local businesses sandwiched between ‘old’ and ‘new’ Dubai, Hilton said.
It is close to Dubai Properties’ Marasi Business Bay, an emerging new waterfront mixed-use scheme on Dubai Water Canal.
The new hotel has 360 square metres of meeting space, an all-day dining restaurant, My Square, with open kitchen, and the Arabic-inspired Oud Lounge.
The hotel also housess the world’s first PizzaExpress Live, which has live entertainment within PizzaExpress’s signature restaurant.
