An island has been found on Google Maps under the name of British-American controversial kickboxer and former reality TV star Andrew Tate, located on Dubai’s The World Islands.
Titled ‘ANDREW “TOP G” TATE SHRINE‘, sources have told Arabian Business that this is not owned by Tate, and could just be a fan-made landmark on the popular web marking platform.
Recently, Tate was arrested in Romania on suspicion of human trafficking, rape and forming an organised crime group. Tate’s brother Tristan and two other Romanian suspects were also arrested after a raid on their properties in Bucharest.
Tate’s car collection was also seized by Romanian officials, estimated to be worth over five million euros, UK’s The Independent reported on Thursday. The report added that authorities also seized a number of buildings including one where the brothers lived and allegedly held six young women, citing local news reports.
However, a few days ago, a Dubai-based ex-MMA fighter and YouTuber released a video on Saturday claiming that controversial influencer Andrew Tate is innocent following his high-profile arrest in Romania.
In a video titled ‘The Arrest of Andrew & Tristan – Tam Khan’s Message’, Tam Khan, better known as TK Talks, explains why he thinks his friend of over 15 years, Andrew Tate, is innocent and supposedly being set-up.
The video starts off with a seemingly upset Khan stating, “First things first, I would like to offer my duas and prayers to brother Andrew. Being a Muslim, that’s our duty.”
Khan claims to have spent a lot of time with Andrew for over 15 years behind the scenes. “Behind the sunglasses and all the content,” he describes Tate as one of the “nicest and most loving guys.”
Khan emphasises that unless given video proof of Tate committing criminal acts, he will not accept the allegations as true.
