Saudi Arabia is accepting applications from foreign legal specialists to practice law in the Kingdom.

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has launched a new e-service for law firms to register non-citizen legal consultants.

The service is designed to be simple and reliable and it seeks to improve the development, competence, and support of the legal profession in the Kingdom.

Foreign law firms in Saudi Arabia

The MoJ has already licensed 15 foreign law firms from various countries to practice law in the Kingdom and is currently reviewing 15 more applications.

The Najiz.sa platform also has a portal for lawyers, where they can access professional and interactive services, and manage their personal and professional cases separately.​

To use the service, clients need to:

  • Log into the Najiz.sa platform
  • Select “Apply for registration of non-Saudi legal consultant”
  • Fill out the forms, and upload the required documents
