Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council approved several transformative initiatives to stimulate the industrial sector in Dubai, incentives for the agricultural technology sector, and a policy banning single-use plastics.
Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed underscored the pivotal role of a diversified economy in realising Dubai’s ambitious objectives outlined in the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which seeks to propel Dubai into the ranks of the world’s top three cities by 2033 in economic terms, in line with the vision of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

Dubai property price increase slowing down, residential supply declines, rental growth moderates
The Dubai real estate sector has ongoing momentum, despite slowing down in some fields said industry expert Asteco.
The full-service real estate company’s Q3 2023 real estate report shows that there has been a moderate decline in the supply of new residential units, a gradual moderation in rental rate growth and a deceleration in the increase of property prices.
Despite this, Asteco reports Dubai’s real estate landscape remains marked by an ongoing momentum, defined by a continuous stream of new project launches.
Dubai Bling Season 2 delayed over Israel-Gaza war
The second season of controversial TV series Dubai Bling has been delayed from release, after producers at Netflix decided it would be “insensitive” to air the show while the Israel-Gaza war continues.
The show focuses on the lives of 10 Dubai “millionaires” who flaunt their lifestyles and possessions on each episode. Season 2 had been expected to launch this month, with Mona Kattan joining a cast that includes Kris Fade, DJ Bliss and Safa Siddiqui.
