Eligible buyers will get their luxury vehicles upon payment of 20% of the price of the selected property
Luxury real estate developer Damac Properties is offering new buyers a 2016 Lamborghini or BMW when they purchase a from a select range of villas or apartments in Dubai, part of its promotions to mark the start of the month-long Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF).
With property prices starting from $188,000 (AED692,000), Damac Properties will present new homeowners with the 2016 models of various luxury cars, including Lamborghini Huracan, BMW 730i and BMW X6 xDrive 35i, and other luxury cars, depending on the type of the property purchased.
Eligible buyers will get their respective car upon the payment of 20 percent of the price of the selected property or they can benefit from a cash discount.
“Damac Properties is committed to supporting the Dubai Shopping Festival and its various promotional activities which attract millions of tourists each year to Dubai and help positioning the emirate as an exciting, vibrant city to visit, shop and enjoy,” said Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president, Damac Properties.
He said Damac Properties has always spearheaded the promotion of Dubai and its real estate offering internationally in many cities around the world by showcasing the experience of luxury living in Dubai and its financial benefits in terms of return on investments. McLoughlin added that Dubai’s property market position will be reinforced by the low supply of units expected in 2016.
“This will be the second consecutive year where the number of completed units delivered to the market will be below industry ‘experts’ expectations,” he added.
The Dubai Shopping Festival promotion runs across the full spectrum of Damac Properties’ portfolio, including luxury golf course-facing villas in the Akoya by Damac master development, private apartments with interiors by Fendi Casa within Damac Residenze in Dubai Marina, luxury serviced apartments in the Burj area and stunning Versace-styled villas on the Palm Jumeirah, in addition to many other properties across strategic locations in Dubai.
They have to do this to get customers so happy and blind that they don't look at the real bad deal they actually made.
Is Damac doing this because its units are not selling?
Every 'gift' is priced into the cost of buying the unit. There are NO freebies in Sales & Marketing. What they give with one hand, they take with the other...you just don't see it.
I think they mentioned either car or equivalent cash discount so the deal is quite clear.
All that needs to be checked is whether the cash discount is real or have they inflated the price and then offered the discount.
And are they offering the discount on good units or junk stock?
