Bloom Properties is set to complete phase 3 of its Bloom Gardens master development prior to the scheduled handover in the first quarter 2017.
The developer said in a statement that home owners and investors will begin to move into the 147 housing units as early as December.
Bloom Gardens phase 3 comprises three bedroom townhouses, semi-detached three bedroom villas, as well as four and five bedroom detached villas.
Bloom Gardens is an exclusive residential development nestled in the heart of the capital minutes away from the natural sanctuary of the Corniche Al Qurum and Khalifa Park.
It will feature a community centre that will open its doors in November, as well as a nursery and a poly-clinic set to open in 2017.
Bloom Gardens is also home to Brighton College Abu Dhabi that was established in 2011 by Bloom Education in association with Brighton College-UK.
Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of Bloom Holding, said: "We are pleased that all structural works for all Bloom Gardens Phase 3 villas are completed. Also, 60 percent of the interiors are already fitted-out and half of the exterior works - including landscaping and roads - are now complete.
