Glow park has been inspired by the underwater world, nature and environment with an ode to extinct species
A dinosaur park will be part of the second season of Dubai Garden Glow which opens to public from Sunday (November 6), Dubai Municipality has said.
Covering 60 acres of land in Zabeel Park, the glow park has been inspired by the underwater world, nature and environment with an ode to extinct species.
The dinosaur park will have 100 animatronic dinosaurs along with a lab, museum and zoo, while the glow park will showcase LED-lit creative installations depicting the underwater world and animal kingdom.
A number of live performances and musical show will be held at the venue with focus on UAE’s cultural diversity.
“Dubai Garden Glow Season 2 will engage and inspire visitors as we intend to spread a strong message on Dubai’s commitment towards embracing nature while focusing on a healthy environment,” said Hussain Nasser Lootah, Director General, Dubai Municipality.
Dubai Garden Glow is a joint venture between Dubai Municipality and The Retailers Investment, a member of the Falak Holding Group.
The garden will remain open from November 2016 to April 2017. Entry ticket is priced at AED60 per person.
