Telco said service is facing degradation and working on fixing the issue
Customers of UAE telco Du are currently experiencing an interruption in mobile phone connections.
The service has been down since at least 10am this morning, according to a tweet issue by the company earlier, but may have been down since earliy this morning, according to a customer who took to social media to vent his frustration.

“Some of you may experience temporary issues with your mobile lines,” Du said in a tweet this morning. “Please bear with us, our team is working on fixing it.”
While Du said the mobile phone service is down, the issue is believed to extend to its fixed line internet service as well.
Other customers have complained that the customer service line is also down.
I sent a carrier pigeon to their call centre to complain, I figured it was the only way to get through and i stand about the same chance of a positive resolution.
