du, the new national telecom operator in the UAE, has moved a step closer to launching its services after putting pen to paper on an interconnection agreement with incumbent operator Etisalat. The official signing ceremony, which took place at the T RA offices in Abu Dhabi, was attended by His Excellency Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansour, Minister of Governmental Sector Development. du and Etisalat have confirmed that their networks can exchange calls and obtain mutual telecom services.
