Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE),


Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE), has appointed Rashid Al Malik as deputy CEO and chief corporate development officer. He studied English at Cambridge University and obtained an airline transport pilot licence from the International Pilot Training Centre programme at Western Michigan University. Al Malik was formerly a pilot with Emirates Airlines and has been closely involved in the creation of DAE.

HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al- Maktoum, chairman of DAE, said: “It gives me great pleasure to appoint Rashid to such a senior position within this go-ahead organisation.

His drive and determination are assets to our country and will be a considerable driving force in shaping the future of DAE. Rashid is an inspiration to young Arab leaders and will continue to be a prominent figure of his generation.”
