Portal will help airport operator to meet needs of $32 billion expansion plans
Dubai Airports, the operator of Dubai International and the Al Maktoum International airports, is moving all of its recruitment online, with the launch of a new career website.
The company has teamed up recruitment solution provider Cazar to develop the new portal, which will handle all aspects of recruitment, from application, to scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires. The portal is available online and mobile.
Dubai Airports said that the new recruitment portal will help it meet the needs of its $32 billion expansion plan. According to a study by Oxford Economics in 2013-14, Dubai's aviation sector will support 750,000 jobs, and the sector will contribute $53.1 billion or 37.5 percent of the Emirate's GDP.
