Dubai-based coach to host retreats for enterprising women
The two-day weekend retreat for female entrepreneurs will be held from 10-12 November 2016 at Hatta Fort, Dubai.

UAE-based female professionals and
entrepreneurs are invited to participate in a two-day retreat led by Suzanne
Cork, a nutrition coach and yoga instructor based between Dubai and London, and
Tricia Evans, one of Dubai’s first business coaches.

The two-day weekend retreat will be held from 10-12 November
2016 at Hatta Fort, Dubai.

This retreat is designed for female professionals and
entrepreneurs eager to develop and enhance their personal success skills whilst
restoring and recharging their body and mind with yoga and mindfulness
exercises.

Evans will lead a workshop titled “What Successful People
have in Common - Insider Secrets from a Coach”, which teaches participants how
to find their personal definition of success and become more effective at work
or gain new perspective to keep their business moving forward.

Evans has lived in Dubai for nearly 25 years during which
she has coached over 6,000 people, including top CEOs, professional sportsmen
and fledgling entrepreneurs.

Suzanne Cork is a certified AADP nutrition coach and yoga
instructor based between Dubai and London. She works privately with corporate
and individual clients, one-on-one and in groups.

Cork has organised numerous women-only retreats which
incorporate themed workshops in addition to the yoga on offer.

Saarah Badr, a corporate lawyer who participated in one of
the previous retreats organised by Suzanne Cork, said: “Within the first two
hours of arriving, I went from being stressed and overwhelmed to feeling calm
and relaxed. I do think that Hatta Fort itself must have some magical, calming
aura, particularly with the amazing views over the mountains and the fresh
air.”
