Aqua Properties has launched its new Radisson hotel-branded serviced apartments for sale, offering a guaranteed 8 percent per annum return on investment (ROI), the developer announced on Sunday.

The 29-storey serviced apartment block, called Park Inn by Radisson, is located at Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Triange (JVT) neighbourhood and broke ground earlier this month. Completion is scheduled for June 2019.

Dubai-based Aqua Properties, which acts both on the brokerage and development of the property, said the block comprises a selection of fully-furnished serviced studios, as well as one- and two- bedroom hotel apartment suites. The total number of units was not revealed.

It claims to offer a guaranteed ROI of 8 percent per annum for two years and a 35 percent post-handover payment plan.

Paul Christodoulou, COO of Aqua Properties, said: “Bringing a global, highly reputed brand such as Park Inn by Radisson to the Jumeirah Village Triangle locale will be a definite draw to the up and coming area and offer a well-rounded lifestyle experience to visitors and residents alike.”
