Madinat Jumeirah’s Talise Spa has launched Alphasphere Deluxe, an experience that incorporates sound therapy, colour therapy, aromatherapy and massage techniques.

Talise Spa is the first in the world to offer the Alphasphere Deluxe is the first in the world, designed by Austrian artist SHA.

Talise Spa director Stephan Wagner, said: “We are proud that Talise Spa is the exclusive home of the AlphaSphere Deluxe in the Middle East.

“Adding this facility perfectly complements our existing range of holistic experiences, which include health retreats, daily sunset yoga, monthly full moon yoga sessions and nutrition consultations.”

The Austrian artist and innovator SHA, said: “Talise Spa is the perfect place for our extraordinary concept of deep relaxation and regeneration.

“In a unique spa-pavilion people experience our specially composed sounds, lights, colours, scents, warmth and deep vibrations. The easiest way to activate your self-healing abilities.”

There are four programmes offered during the experience, with each lasting 25 minutes.

Guests can choose from Basic Blue, Sensitive Pink, Intense Red or Energizing Orange and all are complemented by an exclusively designed scent and massage settings if desired.

Research suggests that psychological benefits of the experience include stress relief, enhanced creativity and increased perception.

Physical results include muscle relaxation, harmonised breathing and reduced blood pressure.
