Registration for running retail promotions, which started on November 13, will continue until November 29, according to DFRE, an agency of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (Dubai Tourism), said.
The registration centres are located at Emirates Professional Business Centre (Al Twar Centre), Twasol Businessmen Service Centre (Al Muraqabbat Road), ITQAN Businessmen Service Center (opposite Mulla Plaza) and Afaq Centre at the Dubai Mall.
Registration will be open daily, Sunday to Thursday from 7.30am to 2.30pm, DFRE said.
90% discounts are the only thing which will entice me to spend anything other than cinema tickets & food in Dubai shopping malls. Everything else is too expensive & my family & I do all our shopping online using shop & ship or wait until we travel abroad.
Go in any mall in Dubai & look around you. How many people are carrying shopping bag full of purchases? Very few.
