Dubai Municipality issues license for 34 storey tower

Another permit is issued in Dubai

Dubai Municipality has issued a license for a 34 storey tower, which will be built in Dubai Marina at a cost of US $19 million (AED 71 million).

Engineer Khalid Mohammed Saleh said the tower would include residential apartments and commercial shops.It will have three basement levels, the ground floor and 34 upper floors, with a total built up area of more than 36 800 m2.

Saleh added that the tower would have a total of 155 apartments of which 24 are one bedroom apartments, 86 two bedroom apartments and 45 three bedroom ones.
