Dubai Properties will unveil two new projects for the emirate worth a combined total of 40 billion dirhams ($10.9 billion) at next week’s Cityscape expo in Dubai, the company said on Wednesday.

The developer, a subsidiary of state-owned conglomerate Dubai Holding, said the latest projects will be built within the Business Bay and Dubailand developments, but did not go into further detail.

In addition to the two new projects, Dubai Properties said it will also showcase all its other developments at the trade show, including the Business Bay Vision Tower, Executive Towers, The Villa and Al Waha Villas in Dubailand.
