Dubai Properties renews contract on Ak Khor Hotel and Residences at Healthcare City.
Dubai Holding subsidiary Dubai Properties Group has said that it will complete the Al Khor Hotel and Residences project in Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC).
The developer announced that it had renewed its agreement with Al Basti & Muktha (ABM) to finalise the two-tower development, which is already 60-percent complete.
Part of DHCC Phase 1, Al Khor Hotels and Residences includes a 34-floor, 444-room hotel, alongside a 43-floor, 405-room residential block.
The project will also include a podium with six restaurants, along with other leisure facilities.
“We are delighted to renew our commitment with Al Basti & Muktha for the development of the Al Khor Hotel and Residences,” said Khalid Al Malik, group CEO of Dubai Properties Group.
“The five-star facility will service the Dubai Healthcare City communities including patients, relatives and tourists, along with our corporate clients.”
Among Dubai Properties Group’s other projects are Jumeirah Beach Residence and Business Bay.
This is the first eyesore anyone sees when crossing either Garhoud or Maktoum Bridge. I do not know why a project so far along stopped construction in the first place? The sooner these buildings continue construction the better!
