Aster DM Healthcare has acquired a majority interest in Harley Street Medical Centre
Dubai-based Aster DM Healthcare has acquired a 60% stake in Harley Street Medical Centre and certain affiliated companies in Abu Dhabi.
Global law firm Clyde & Co, which advised Aster on the deal, said the healthcare company has now become a $6 billion business with over 300 facilities in the Middle East, India and Far East Asia.
The Harley Street Medical Centre, located in Marina Business Park, Abu Dhabi, is a day care surgery that offers care in urology, plastic surgery, gynaecology, gastroenterology, orthopaedics, paediatrics, internal medicine and general surgery.
