Bab Al Shams Desert Resort & Spa has created a two day Bikram Yoga program running from August 20 to 22.

It consists of Bikram Yoga sessions, accommodation at the resort, relaxation sessions, and full dining options.

Normally, Bikram Yoga is practiced in high temperature-rooms where heat is used to eliminate body toxins, improve flexibility, and contribute to weight loss.

Since local summers are particularly hot, the resort will use natural heat to conduct the workout outdoors.

Prices for the package start at AED2,000 ($544) and include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and five yoga sessions.

Bab Al Shams Desert Resort & Spa is located in an isolated desert setting and built as an Arabic fort.

It houses a leisure segment that provides entertainment like desert safaris and belly dancing shows.
