Residents will have access to a rock climbing wall, skate park, cricket pitch, football field, go-kart track and dune park
Dubai developer Emaar Properties on Monday launched the latest phase of its Mira Oasis development in Reem – unveiling 480 new townhouses.
Following on from strong investor demand in the earlier launches of Mira Oasis residences, Emaar said the new stage comprised three and four-bedroom townhouses inspired by contemporary styles.
Touted as an ideal getaway, set amidst landscaped green spaces and water features, the developer said all residences had large balconies, modern fittings and fixtures, driveways and courtyards.
Residents would also have access to a number of leisure activities in Reem, including a rock climbing wall, skate park, cricket pitch, football field, go-kart track, dune park for surfing, camel riding, dune bugging and camping.
At the heart of the development is a central park with interactive fountains, walkways and a captivating water feature. Reem also has a large botanical park that showcases the region’s diverse flora, Emaar said.
Ahmad Al Matrooshi, managing director, Emaar Properties, said: “Led by the robust growth of Dubai’s economy, demand for residences continues to be strong. This is reflected in the remarkable investor interest we had recorded for our earlier launches of Mira Oasis townhouses. The various lifestyle features offered by Reem serve as a strong incentive for customers to be part of this community.”
Located near Arabian Ranches, Mira Oasis will also feature a school, a mosque and a retail plaza, lined by walkways and bicycle pathways.
Emaar will launch simultaneously in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Karachi, with online registration for Dubai and Abu Dhabi on April 16. Sales will be held on April 19 in Dubai (Emaar Pavilion, Downtown Dubai) and Abu Dhabi (Emaar Sales Centre, Al Nahda Tower). The sale in Karachi will take place from at Crescent Bay Emaar Sales Centre. For all the latest real estate news from the UAE and Gulf countries, follow us on Twitter and Linkedin, like us on Facebook and subscribe to our YouTube page, which is updated daily.
