Landmark Group, a major GCC retail and hospitality conglomerate, on Monday announced it has launched a wellness concept called Balance, offering holistic guidance, treatments and therapies.

The concept includes the Balance Café and the Wellness Club, an all-inclusive wellness centre. The cafe is now open while the wellness club is set to start operations in May.

Balance will locate its first branch at the Oasis Centre in Dubai, Micky Jagtiani, chairman, Landmark Group, said in a statement.

He added: "We have focused on creating a concept that offers a completely rejuvenating ensemble as an everyday experience. We also believe that good health and well-being solutions must not be a privilege offered to a select few.

"Through Balance, we aim to deliver wellness that is affordable and accessible to all. In doing that, we would like to educate people that wellness is integral to contemporary living and must not be regarded as an option or an occasional retreat."

Balance aims to help customers understand his or her fitness, wellbeing and dietary requirements, the company said.

Ira Malik, COO, Landmark Hospitality - Food, Leisure & Spa, added: "At its core is our belief that good health and well-being need to be on top of the agenda in everyone's daily lives and must remain within their reach."

Headquartered in Dubai, Landmark Group operates across 15 markets.
