A unit of Dubai-based retail and hospitality company, Landmark Group, on Sunday announced plans to launch 20 healthcare clinics in the UAE, with an investment of AED150 million ($40.8 million).

Landmark Hospitality revealed its plan to open 20 iCARE clinics over the next three years, a major expansion of the healthcare brand which currently operates six clinics in Dubai.

iCare Clinics house a team of specialty doctors across all medical disciplines, including pediatrics, gynecology, dermatology, dentistry, ophthalmology, orthopedics and physiotherapy, as well as general practitioner services.

Dr Atul Aundhekar, chief medical director and business head of iCare Clinics, said: "We are now geared towards making our services available to customers in various catchment areas in the next three years.

"With plans of opening 20 clinics, it strengthens our promise to provide 100 percent world class healthcare facilities to residents across UAE."

Landmark Hospitality said it launched iCARE Clinics in 2012 as its primary healthcare division to provide high quality family healthcare services to its consumers at affordable prices.
