DWC Commercial City, the business and commerce capital of Dubai World Central (DWC) - the 140 square kilometres urban aviation project under development in Jebel Ali, United Arab Emirates - has finalised its master plan.

The company announced that Broadway Malyan, a leading international architectural and integrated design practice with offices throughout the UK and the world, will partner DWC in creating a world-class urban city design with completely new offerings than those currently seen in Dubai.

DWC, with infrastructure costs estimated at US $33 billion, comprises six specialized clustered zones: Dubai World Central International Airport (JXB), Dubai Logistics City (DLC), DWC Commercial City, DWC Residential City, DWC Aviation City and DWC Golf City. The city's master plan was created to be as forward thinking as the overall project's visionary approach which is in line with the Dubai Strategic Plan 2015.
