The cable provider is introducing an electronic payment facility, to simplify online bill settlement for its subscribers.
Emirates Cable TV and Multimedia (E-Vision) is introducing an electronic payment facility, further enhancing its customer service and making it easier for subscribers to settle their bills online.
Payment is carried out over the internet on the Emirates Telecommunications Corporation’s (Etisalat) electronic payment gateway.
Subscribers enter a user ID that is either an existing one linked to a post-paid account such as GSM, fixed line or an internet account. Alternatively, users can register to acquire a new ID. Customers then follow an easy three-step process to complete the transaction.
Additionally, subscribers can choose to link their E-Vision account to other GSM, landline or internet accounts on the e4me website, and therefore enjoy the ease of accessing all of these accounts simultaneously.
” We are indeed very pleased to introduce the electronic payment option to out customers and to be able to offer them the convenience of such a facility that requires from them only a credit card and a few clicks to settle their bill. So far the response we have had to our customers service has been very positive, and this comes as part of our drive to make it even better,” says Ayman Halasa, E-Vision’s customer service manager.
