E-vision supports Arab Broadcast Forum

Taking place on April 29

at Abu Dhabi's Intercontinental Hotel, the event will focus on providing debate and promoting professional standards in the Arab broadcast news industry. Top journalists, newsmakers and politicians from the around the region and around the world and expected to attend the forum.

According to E-Vision CEO Humaid Rashid Sahoo, "as a member of the dynamic broadcast community in the Arab world, we believe we should extend our full support to events like the Arab Broadcast Forum in order to debate the important issues facing our industry here in the region. We believe the event will prove to be a great success in engaging the broadcast community in a lively debate and will lead to greater understanding and mutual dialogue between all participants," he added.

E-Vision was established in April 2000 as the cable television provider for the UAE. It's services currently reach 350,000 homes across five emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain and Ajman, covering almost one million viewers.
