e2 scores key accounts in first full year of operation

Emirates Computers' Saudi operation E-Enterprises (e2) has revealed that it has bagged a number of large turnkey projects in Saudi Arabia during its first year of operations.

In addition, the company, which is a joint venture between Emirates Computers and Alesayi Communications, has opened new branch offices in Jeddah and Al-Khobar with full infrastructure including service centres and warehouses.

e2 executive director Hany Habashy thanked his clients for their support in the company's first year and also attributed the company's strong performance to the "growth and development that is happening in Saudi Arabia".

"Customers are looking for best-in-class technologies and services and we were able to meet their requirements with the help of our global vendor partners such as Dell, Cisco, EMC, Oracle and Sun," he says. "Emirates Computers' knowledge and expertise in the IT services field also helped us win some major contracts."

e2 focuses on four key business lines, which cover communications and networking infrastructure, software solutions, systems integration projects as well as security solutions and caters to the requirements of important market segments such as hospitality, real estate, government, telecom, transportation and utilities.
