Emaar awards contract to build Dubai Creek Residences

Emaar Properties has awarded Al Basti & Muktha the construction contract for its prestigious Dubai Creek Residences project in Dubai Creek Harbour.

Dubai Creek Residences features a complex of six residential towers that form part of The Island District, a 6 sq km modern development in Dubai Creek Harbour, Construction Week Online reported.

The Island District will boast over 1,000 guestrooms and around 600 luxury retail shops and cultural amenities, according to Emaar.

The six 30 to 40-storey residential towers with one, two and three bedroom apartments in Dubai Creek Residences have been launched to strong investor response, Emaar added.

Ahmad Al Matrooshi, managing director of Emaar Properties, said: "Dubai Creek Residences forms the first residential complex in Dubai Creek Harbour and brings an unmatched value proposition for investors and end-use homeowners.

"Defined by their spectacular location, the six towers assure an active, marina-centred lifestyle choice for residents, right in the heart of the city.

"With the construction contract awarded to ABM, we are underlining our commitment ot deliver the homes as per schedule in 2018."
